We stayed here for 1 night and it was comfortable stay. The location is peefect, we can find local taxis right outside the hotel. The rooms are small but very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was clean. The staff was very cooperative and food was good too. Food is reasonably priced and yummy. Make sure you book with them directly if you want complimentary breakfast. Limited breakfast spread but good enough variety as well as quality. Thanks for making our stay easy.

Had a good experience, stayed for 2 nights. This was a business trip and except the location which is quite in the inside area, the hotel was really well kept, recently renovated and all staff are very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are good, clean and spacious. Bathroom is also clean and well kept The breakfast was also decent, for a budget 2 star hotel in Mumbai, this is one of the best experiences. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing hotel for the price range. I think google should change the star rating to 3. Amazing rooms, great staff and enjoyable food. The location also is convenient to access by road or by train. Amazing team of people in the hotel and the front desk is the finest led by Srinath and three others.

I stayed in Bawa Regency for a period of 4 days . From the day of entry , they said I would need to pay extra if I wanted the room around 12:00 noon as I reached early . This I and my friend were tired and had to get fresh in her daughter’s flat . Later went to dine there . The lunch was not great as rice was very hard . Then they let us go to the room by around 2:45 when I was supposed to be given as per the rule by 2:00 and every hotel would never give this inconvenience to any customer of theirs. I asked on the previous day of leaving whether they could extend my timing of check out , they said at the reception by 1 to 1 :30 and by the time I arrived by 1:30 they bags were just brought down in my absence after my friend telling them that I would be there within 2 mins . I was very disappointed at this treatment as they in the 1 st place after requesting for a check in at 12:00 , they refused and gave us much later as per their rules of 2:00 . I could see lot of people being able to check in before us from the dining area . On requesting for a check out a little later , they have taken my bags at the lobby without my permission. I don’t think anyone deserves such treatment. Please rethink before you book this hotel hence forth
