I’m really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I specifically booked it because the listing clearly mentioned that TV and Wi-Fi were included, but neither of them was working when I checked in. This is basic hospitality, and it should not be advertised if it’s not actually available. Despite informing the staff, the issue was not resolved during my stay. It felt misleading and frustrating, especially after paying based on the promised amenities. Overall, the experience did not match what was shown online. I would not recommend this hotel unless they improve their maintenance and provide the facilities they advertise.

3 class room + staff if you check in to your your room the room service ask for the money for room service and there online price is different and offline price is different when I. Visited the room that time there was room when I said the front office there are price changes in online and offline .. online price was 1600 and offline is 2000 and he did something in his computer and the room was sold out in 2 sec don't go wery bad experience...

We stayed here for two weeks. The room was clean, spacious, and the location was excellent. Staff were good, well behaved and service was satisfactory. However, the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work, the TV had issues, and there was no lift to the 3rd floor, which was inconvenient.

Please don't call this place as a HOTEL, only Lodging house is a better option. Visitors please take care of these --- 1. firstly the entry of this place is not from the front, you have to go beside the property and and climb. 2. The room size is tooo small compared to what seen in the images while booking. 3. Room size can be entertained but the attached bathroom is very very small. You have toilet and bathroom in the same compact place without any ventilation. 4. Rest the hospitality service of the staff of the property is good. They adhere to the guest's request on time.

Rooms were too small do not provide any towels or toiletries, no food service of its own, gives unsafe vibes, please avoid if staying with families.
