1.Room floor not cleaned. 2.Towels are not available. 3.Not comfortable for family's. 4. No lift service. 5. No water bottle available. i ask for cold water not available. 6. No window available. 7. No rack/ cobard available. 8. No room services available after 10PM. Like bedsheets or trowel. 9. Room size very Small. 10.👎🏻

Don’t book the hotel Its a totally scam the room is v dirty and smelly the hotel staff ask extra money for room they charge for everything if u late in 10 min for check out they ask for extra money don’t goo to dream residency its was a scam

The room was very stinky. Surviving in that room was not possible without room fresher. The room cleaning was not done regularly. We literally had to beg the day manager continuously for 4 days and still the cleaning was not done. He shouted at me and talked so badly for asking to get my room cleaned. The room was on the second floor and there was no wifi there even though on the website it said wifi will be provided. We continuously asked them for wifi for 6 days and they kept saying we have asked the technician out some other excuse. I had to purchase extra data everyday to work from my laptop, costing me the stay even more. The service from the day manager was very bad. They don’t allow outside good in the hotel and their in-house food is very expensive. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this property for even a day. The location was also kind of bad. I’m giving 3 stars only because the metro was near.

Worst hotel I have ever been in there are spider webs everywhere and there were 4 cockroaches in my washroom, the room is very very small and consists of 1 bed and nothing the TV is also not working at all and the staf are not helpfull at all. They took the full amount when we didn't even check in and are declining to give us refund. Plz don't visit, I would rather prefer to live in a hut than this hotel.

Worst experience. Went there are making online booking and payment but after reaching there at 9.30pm they said no vacancy, Fab hotels are booking in excess. It was a worst nightmare. Being a solo, Traveller could go out to another hotel at 11pm. Traveling as a family then don't take risk of booking this hotel. They at the reception don't even try to help you. Even they didn't allow me to charge my phone there to check and book other hotels. Overall disaster.
