When 2 persons you need to give 2 towels. And when asked for towels he says already diya hai na madam. (1 towel) Says high pricing as if they have great facilities. Only room and nothing else. Room was good but not according to the price. Price was high.

I have been booking rooms at this hotel for the last 3 years, at least 5 times a month, as I work for an event company. Our experience had always been very good, especially because of Sikandar Sir, who has always been extremely helpful, professional, and supportive throughout these years. His service made us continue choosing this hotel regularly. However, recently our experience has changed because of a staff member named Sufiyaan. His behavior has been very arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. The way he talks to guests feels disrespectful, and at times even threatening. Due to this poor experience, we are now considering changing our stay arrangements. As a loyal customer for the past 3 years, I sincerely request the management to look into this matter and take appropriate action before losing long-term

Worst hotel experience I ever had...... No towels available, No tissues, on asking 4 tissues given and told khatam ho gaya hai, No water facility..... And worst staff behaviour. If there would have been negative rating I would have given them -5 Never recommend to stay in this hote.
