Photos posted by them are misleading. I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The room was not clean, and the bedsheets and towel were smelly. There was no hot water for bathing, the fan regulator was not working (fan either at full speed or off), and the bathroom sink had no water pressure. There was also no TV in my room. Overall, it was the worst stay I’ve had and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I left this hotel immediately after check-in. The room was not safe and not hygienic: the door could not be locked securely, and insects were present throughout the room. From both a legal and practical standpoint, the accommodation was not fit for use. Under basic accommodation and consumer protection standards, such conditions render a room unusable, and staying there was not an option. The situation was documented and reported immediately. Despite these objectively serious defects and the resulting obligation to refund an unusable accommodation, no appropriate refund was offered, and I was forced to book another hotel.

Terrible Experience — Not Worth the Money! This hotel is completely overpriced for the kind of experience it offers. The customer service is terrible, and the staff show no sense of hospitality at all. Nothing works properly — the TV doesn’t work, the landline is dead, and even the lift works only sometimes. The rooms are extremely unhygienic, with cockroaches of all sizes crawling around. It’s really uncomfortable to stay here. Even small things are handled poorly — a water bottle clearly marked as ₹9 was charged at ₹10 each! Overall, a total waste of money. I would strongly suggest everyone to explore better options nearby. If you’re paying this much, you deserve proper service, cleanliness, and at least some basic hospitality — all of which are missing here.

Stay away from this hotel! This is by far the worst hotel I’ve experienced in Mumbai. The room had a terrible odor, and the bathroom ceiling was leaking heavily. When I requested hot water, I was told that the entire hotel had no hot water available. Basic amenities were completely missing—no towels, no tissues, no hot water, no TV, and even the washrooms were not cleaned properly. For a place that lacks even the most essential facilities, the prices they charge are completely unjustified.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mixed Experience at Hotel Apex International Positive: The hotel is very close to the international airport — just a 15–20 minute walk — which is extremely convenient. It’s also very affordable, making it a budget-friendly option for travelers. Negative: Unfortunately, the room was not very clean. The mattress didn’t seem to be washed properly, and apart from the entrance, the property feels quite old and worn out. Towels and toiletries were not provided, which was inconvenient. The hotel is located in a lane with many other hotels, so it’s not very private. Overall, it’s a cheap and conveniently located option if you just need a place to sleep near the airport, but don’t expect modern amenities or cleanliness standards.
