Had a very difficult experience while checking in as the communication was very poor. The rooms are very small and not as they appear in the photos. Though there is a kitchen, even basic ingredients to make tea are not available. The staff refused to get the tea and milk powder also. The staff is not at all useful and non existent. Very avoidable place if you want to stay comfortably.

Stayed at Pinaki Comfort Stay, Malad recently and honestly had a really comfortable experience. The rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained. Staff was polite and helpful whenever needed. Location is convenient with easy access to local transport and food places nearby. Check-in process was smooth and the stay felt safe and peaceful. Definitely a good budget-friendly option in Malad for short or work trips. Would recommend!

I had a very pleasant stay at Pinaki Comfort Stay Malad. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-kept. All the basic amenities like WiFi, housekeeping, and security are properly managed. The location is very convenient, with easy access to Malad station, malls, and food options nearby. The staff is friendly and supportive, making the overall experience comfortable and hassle-free.

The room was much smaller than what was shown whilst booking the room . We were not allowed to check in as the building's security office had not received the required permission in advance to allow us to enter the flat. The upkeep of the flat was extremely poor. Cockroach infested . Bed mattress hard as a rock. 1 curtain missing in the room. No basic toiletries provided even though it was mentioned in the inclusions whilst making the booking None of the team members from the property are available for any kind of emergencies! The only good thing about this place is they have a very dedicated caretaker who was extremely polite & helpful A big thanks to Sadhu who was our caretaker. We booked the shared flat for 7 nights and on 31st night the adjoining room was sold to a bunch of youngsters who partied the whole night. How could the management allow them to party inside a shared service apartment? And they should not allocate flat no 2013 It faces the expressway and with constant traffic it felt like sleeping near the highway even though the flat is on the floor 20th.

It’s was not a hotel but a 2bhk flat, one room was assigned to me and the other to different person. The window was not sound proof and there was constant noise of traffic/ ambulance passing. The curtain for the window was not enough to close the window completely. There was continuous loud music in neighbouring flat. No hotel facility (soap/tissue/shampoo et…) All towels and sheets (even washed ones) had red stains and black marks. Only positive was the caretaker (Dinesh), even with all above flaws, he managed with smile. Stay at your own risk. Check properly if that’s hotel or shared flat.
