I am giving 1 star to this hotel. My overall experience was really bad. First of all they gave me standard room even when I paid for Deluxe room and the receptionist was arguing with us. Next the room was dirty and was filled with cigarette smell, I asked them to do something but still the smell was there. They didn't had AC remote in room and when they brought one it was not working at all, I couldn't sleep whole night and moreover the place was not safe. I also paid for breakfast but due to poor service I never got anything. Please don't choose this hotel because it's close to Airport. You can find a better place.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Seven Hills Inn and I must say, it was an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable. One of the standout features of this hotel is its location. It's very near to the Mumbai International Airport. Overall, my stay at Hotel Seven Hills Inn exceeded all expectations, and I look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended!

One of the worst hotels I have been. Do not be fooled by the uploaded photos. Bad room conditions, squeaky doors. 3 out of 5 plug points do not work. No proper lighting in the room. Very dusty and pest ridden. Prompt room service but inconveniently located. Industrial area.

Hotel is on the third floor. No board near entrance or on lift Actually above union bank branch. None of the power plug points are in good condition. small bathrooms. Rooms balcony doors are without locks. Location is near the airport. No good eateries around. Better avoid it if you are with family.

I experienced a terrible stay on my business trip. The room was far below the standard for a business trip and did not provide any attraction. It was too small room, had an AC water leakage issue, and for breakfast, all I got was bread omelets and tea. When I asked them for a simple bill to make an official claim, they denied me. This is unacceptable behavior from any hotel and I am sure you would agree with me on this. Even I have informed to my travel team never to book this hotel for next time.
