This hotel is only out to make quick money from clients. The only good thing about them is that they are a budget hotel and are near the airport. Other than that, everything else is very basic with the staff being undertrained and finding ways to make money from their clients. They also aren't very entertaining to special requests, making the whole experience of staying here unpleasant. The other thing is that they are situated right next to an open water canal which has a very foul smell, this spreads throughout the hotel. There is a basic vegetarian breakfast provided, which isn't the best, but is sufficient. I would suggest this hotel to people who are in transit and want a temporary stay rather then spending a couple of days here.

Had very bed experience in this hotel. There is gutter in the entrance of the hotel that spreads odour inside and outside of the hotel. There so many insects and cockroaches on the bed and in the cupboard. When we entered into the room, it was not clean. We requested so many times to clean but they didn’t. I booked online and they cancelled my online booking and charged double price for thé room compared to online price and forced so many times to pay immediately. It has commotion with agoda so both cancelled my online booking. When I paid the bill, they denied to give a bill and gave so many excuses like system is not working and so on. Service is very bed. Food is also bed. This is the worst hotel. Do not book even for single day.

Pathetic and worst hotel Mosquito all around to keep you awake. Disgusting area/location Bathroom tiles broken Mismatched photos of rooms shown in website No easy transport availability In the name of mortein they have given soap water. Bathroom stinks Untidy rooms. They deny rooms for what you have booked. ZERO Rating There should be a law that if hotel people fails to provide the quality of service for which you have paid.Hotel people should pay penalty.

Very good hotel. Super spacious and clean rooms. Service was very fast. Staff are superb. Pet friendly and spa services was good.

Pathetic Hotel in even more pathetic location, booked this property via booking.com.The room and price booked via online had a mismatch upon reaching the property. They showed a lower quality room at price what I booked.Unhygienic conditions in and around Hotel premises. Very Untidy rooms, litter in room which was not even upon repeated requests. Cockroaches roaming around. Would NEVER recommend this hotel for anyone. Its better you visit around Sakinana and ask for better hotel from auto rickshaw if visiting for US Consulate interview. Zero RATING
