Goods- room size, location, women safety Bad- cleanliness and hygiene is almost zero. Check the pictures. There is no sign board for HR residency, therefore it was difficult to find. Toilet seat cover just fell off, floor does not seem clean. When I pressed the flush button was also broken. I paid 4K for this place I don’t think it is worth. Not at all 3 star, I think they put it in the name.

Front desk is professional and Amar ji was always available to help us with the details. The only things that I didn't feel comfortable are, few things weren't working in the room. The staff were willing to sort them out but we stayed there to relax after a very long journey and had very less time, so we politely declined. These issues should have been better sorted out much before our stay as we had booked the room couple of days ahead. Anyways, we'll definitely visit the hotel for our future requirements.

Big Red Flag Extremely disappointing experience regarding refund handling and financial compliance. The hotel has been holding my excess payment for a month now. (I had a major booking for 4th December) Despite repeated follow-ups, I was given one excuse after another: First, the Manager was out of the city Then, the billing person was out of the city Then, OTP was pending and I was assured it would be cleared by 2–3 January Most recently, I was told the refund would be processed by Tuesday. (13/1/26) Till date, no refund has been credited. (15/1/26) Holding a customer’s money without resolution, clear timelines raises serious concerns around billing transparency, consumer rights, and basic financial compliance. Such practices are unacceptable for any professional hospitality business. Guests should be extremely cautious while making advance or excess payments, as recovering money appears to be unnecessarily difficult and stressful.

Very Bad experience, my guest checked in at 1 and since then no water till 5.30 pm , standing in lobby where reception person she is very arrogant has no understanding and just talking on mobile. If no water in hotel then why giving check in .? No control over business then what for running it? Guest has to leave for pooj without taking bath and completing daily activities.. Bad management

Hopeless 3rd class hotel. They are not interested in maintaining in at all . Ac doesnt work its filled with dust they dont ever get it serviced or cleaned . Even the fridges dont work. Hot water comes in cold water side. Manager has no coordination with their staff even if you ask them to fix they will give excuses.
