This was by far the most horrible and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. I called this morning to check room availability and tariffs, expecting basic courtesy and assistance. The lady receptionist informed me that only one room was left and rushed me to book it immediately. When I tried to ask a few simple questions about the room before booking, she snapped at me rudely and said that if I kept asking questions, the room would get booked by someone else. She then dismissively told me to check the website instead of doing her job.When I politely pointed out that she is the receptionist and should be helping customers, she continued speaking in an extremely rude and impatient tone. To make matters worse, the call was then taken over by a male receptionist who was even more disrespectful. Instead of addressing the issue, he bluntly said, “Kaam kya hai woh batao,” and showed zero interest in resolving the situation. When I asked him to at least acknowledge the rude behavior I had just experienced, he simply hung up on me. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. It’s shocking how a front desk team—who are the face of the establishment—can be so dismissive, rude, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills. Instead of welcoming customers, they are driving them away.Both individuals seriously need training on professionalism, communication, and how to treat customers with basic respect. Absolutely disgraceful experience

In Mumbai it's impossible to find clean and nice rooms but this is a nice exception! I was positively surprised and can honestly say that this is the only nice and clean budget hotel I've seen in Mumbai! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone who wants a clean nice room.

Rooms are good rates are also reasonable based on the area. Service is good and easy access to the airport. Breakfast and dinner was complimentary and are good. Rooms though luxurious, one flaw was that the AC was off during night. Don't know the reason. Worth taking another try and I vl.

It was a very good experience for me and my family to visit your hotel the service was way too good. specially the front office guy working at night he was very helpful and humble he help us a lot and the overall service like :-food,cleanliness etc was excellent. I will love to visit your hotel again
