The property is located next to leela hotel 100 meters from the metro station. The property denied to give check in at the amount what i had booked. I asked them for invoice they kept posponding it. I almost paid thrice to get a room. The are good, but toilet are too small. On addition you can here lots of noise. This is the first time i have stayed in a property where they don't have an extra door lock. And i don't understand who the hell call in mid night just to confirm the check out time. Overall it was a good experience but lot of issues as well. Cleanliness : 5/5 Location : 5/5 Amenities provide :5/5 Staff : 4/5 Room size : 3/5 Value for money : 4/5 Overall experience :4/5

Warning ⚠️⚠️⚠️ TLDR; Don't book this hotel online. I had made a booking via booking.com for this hotel. In the description it looked like any other Oyo hotel but they entry saying they have stopped partnership with Oyo and can't accommodate. Oyo customer care also left me hanging and could not do anything. I had to literally cold call every hotel in the area and that too all of them were occupied since it was a weekend. This was literally a torturing experience for me to wait with my luggage and call other hotels for room.You won't find good hotels in such short notice. Eventually, i got one basic hotel for triple price.

Pathetic staff. First of all they have changed the name to villa palace. Secondly although I had a booking and made the payment already they were saying me that all the rooms are booked . The sole reason being oyo hotels don't transfer the money to them on time. Then after having verbal fight for half an hour , they finally gave me the room , which was not at all worth the amount I paid.

The hotel is located just below the New Airport Metro station which has great connectivity to the locals as well. It's a budget hotel with small rooms, great if one is staying in Mumbai for a day or two. The staff is extremely courteous and fast. They helped me out a lot with my luggage and let me keep it in the lobby post check out hours as well.

Pretty average .. Small room for a big bit high price.. No in house kitchen.. No coffee or steamer.. Small capacity water heater.. No cards accepted.. Pretty descent room 2x classic was so small wonder the smaller rooms would have any space.. No. Glasses no water provided
