we recently stayed at Indie Stays Nesco Goregaon during the Chemtech Expo. The hotel is relatively new; however, the location can be difficult to find. The Google Maps listing currently shows a different location than the actual hotel, which may cause inconvenience for guests. It would be helpful if the management could correct this to avoid confusion. In terms of facilities, the property has good potential but needs improvement in providing basic amenities such as towels and soap on a regular basis. A proper daily maintenance checklist and cleaning supervision would help ensure consistency and enhance the overall guest experience. I would especially like to appreciate the hotel manager, Ravi, for his outstanding service. He is extremely polite, professional, and genuinely supportive. He goes above and beyond what is normally expected from hotel staff. His hospitality and dedication made our stay comfortable during the exhibition. On a personal level, I would give Ravi a 5-star rating for his efforts and customer service. With some improvements in basic management and housekeeping processes, this hotel can become an excellent option for visitors to the Goregaon/Nesco area. I would recommend others to stay here and encourage the hotel owners to strengthen their operational management to match the excellent service provided by their manager.

This is a business hotel situated adjacent to Ram Mandir Railway Station. Rooms are cozy and neat. Basic amenities are available like ironing board and water bottles. They should provide shampoo and conditioner bottles with a labels on it. Room rates are fluctuating as per the demand. Breakfast is good. Managers duo Mr Ravi and Mr Nilesh are very supportive. Overall it's a good stay if you are looking a decent stay.

Stayed here for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The property seems newly opened and is very well maintained. While the approach road can be a bit busy, the hotel itself is easily accessible, peaceful, and very clean. The location is quite convenient too. I especially liked the compact and thoughtfully designed rooms. The staff and front desk team were very courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
