From the moment we arrived we were impressed by the beautifully designed reception cum café area. Although our check-in was delayed by about an hour, the pleasant ambiance and elegant interiors made the wait more comfortable. My partner was especially delighted to see the Krishna idol, which added a peaceful and welcoming touch to the property. The cleanliness throughout the premises was exceptional. The room and bathroom were spotless, with well-maintained tiles and all essential amenities thoughtfully provided. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. The reception team, in particular, took great care of us and ensured that our requests were handled promptly and efficiently. The overall management of the property was highly organized and commendable. One suggestion for improvement would be to expand the food menu to offer guests a wider variety of dining options.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception staff, especially the young lady at the front desk, was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and the washroom was equally impressive and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. What truly made the experience special was the hospitality of the entire staff. Everyone was friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again in the future.

One of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The room was in terrible condition, with water leaking inside, making it uncomfortable and unhygienic. To make matters worse, there was a rat in one of the rooms, which is completely unacceptable. The air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working at all, making it impossible to stay comfortably. Basic amenities were also missing, there were no towels provided. The breakfast experience was just as disappointing. There were mosquitoes around the breakfast table, making it unpleasant to eat and raising concerns about hygiene. Overall, the property was poorly maintained, lacked cleanliness, and failed to meet even the most basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend this property to anyone until these issues are properly addressed.

Cleanliness was great. Facilities in the room very good. Staff and service was excellent. Felix was especially supportive and helpful. The location was quite convenient but the neighborhood was not so good. Dirty and very loud and the Ubers and taxis couldn’t get through to the hotel because the auto rickshaws were always blocking the path. Overall, a good hotel to stay with.
