Had to book this stay for a short period as had to drop niece for her CET papers in Kandivali, and the experience turned out to be amazing. The booking was done through Goibibo without the breakfast buffet included. Later decided to pay separately and try the breakfast buffet, but at the time of leaving restaurant Mr. Amit Singh pleasantly surprised by saying he would not charge for it. Such a thoughtful gesture and truly excellent customer service. This was my first experience staying with Ginger, and it definitely left a positive impression. The staff was courteous, the stay was comfortable, and the hospitality made the experience even better. Looking forward to choosing Ginger again in the future. Great work, team!

We had a group booking for our outstation guests during our son’s wedding, and the entire experience was truly excellent. Our guests greatly appreciated the delicious food, impeccable cleanliness, and the warm hospitality extended by the whole team. A very special thanks to Amit Singhji (Party Head) for his exceptional leadership and coordination, ensuring everything was managed seamlessly. Special thanks as well to Chef Prakashji and the entire kitchen staff for the wonderful meals — even the Gujarati lunch menu on both days was excellent. It was truly amazing because the Gujarati dishes were prepared for the first time and were enjoyed by all our guests. Heartfelt gratitude to Asim Bajajji for his constant support and coordination throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our family celebration so comfortable, smooth, and memorable. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The rooms are spick and span. Nearest station is Goregaon on the western line of Mumbai Local. All the staff are polite and serve with a warm welcome. I must appreciate the hospitality of staff working here. The food was delicious and beverages were fresh, refreshing.

Extremely disappointing stay. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The bedding was visibly dirty, with stains that appeared to be blood and had not been properly cleaned. This raised serious concerns about the hotel’s hygiene standards. In addition, the surrounding environment is very unpleasant. There is a cattle farm near the hotel, resulting in a persistent strong smell of manure that significantly affected the overall comfort of the stay. The most frustrating issue was the room key card system. Throughout the stay, the key card frequently became deactivated, almost on a daily basis. After a long day, being unable to access the room and having to repeatedly go back to the front desk to have the card reactivated was extremely inconvenient and exhausting. Overall, the hotel falls far below acceptable standards in terms of cleanliness, environment, and basic management. Considering the price, this experience was not worth it. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.

Had a amazing stay, calm and peaceful hotel. The staffs are very warm. And ready to help on the go as the hospitality industry should be. Really kind gestures from amazing front desk staff Tanvi and Sakshi. Loved them. 🙂‍↕️☺️ Would love to visit.
