⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Hospitality at Regale by Tunga During our 4-night stay at Regale by Tunga, we had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, hygienic, comfortable, and conveniently located near the business offices we were visiting. A special appreciation goes to Chef Sukumar and the restaurant team. Our group consisted of guests from Japan, China, and India, representing different cultures and food preferences. Chef Sukumar consistently went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable and well taken care of. Whether it was Indian, Asian, or Western/American-style food preferences, he always made thoughtful recommendations and ensured that every meal was enjoyable. His attention to detail, warm hospitality, and willingness to accommodate diverse requirements made a significant difference to our stay. It is rare to find someone who understands and serves international guests with such care and professionalism. I would also like to appreciate the entire hotel staff for their courteous service and support throughout our stay. Thank you, Regale by Tunga, and a special thank you to Chef Sukumar for making our business trip comfortable and memorable. He truly deserves recognition and appreciation from the management for his outstanding service. Highly recommended.

As a woman requesting basic assistance respectfully, I was spoken to in a completely unacceptable tone. There was zero empathy, zero courtesy, and absolutely no hospitality standards maintained. This was the most vulgar, low-grade behaviour I have ever experienced from a hotel front desk in my entire life. If this is how guests are treated at night, management seriously needs to reconsider their hiring and training standards. Highly disappointed. Not recommended at all.

Very nice hotel. Professional staff. The restuarant is great. Food quantity and quality is awesome. Special mention for Mr Sukumar at the restaurant - very heartwarming and professional service. Will come back again

Very poor hospitality. At the time of check-in I asked the reception for drinking water and the staff rudely replied “room me hai.” Later when the bottles in the room finished, I again requested water at night but the hotel refused to provide even basic drinking water and kept insisting that I buy another bottle for ₹50. This is not about the money, it’s about basic service. A hotel cannot behave like this with guests who are already staying there. The reception staff were dismissive and completely unhelpful. Overall a very bad experience. Poor service, rude staff, and no basic courtesy. I would not recommend staying here.

Have never seen such a bad service in a hotel. Even 2-3 star hotel provides better services. After charging so high for the room, they charge you for mineral water in room . The housekeeping staff Datta Ram is rude and not courteous at all. You keep calling them and they wont provide you water also. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid this hotel at all cost. Bad service, bad breakfast, bad staff
