Staff's behaviour it's too good, clean place but room service it's okay not an good or bad, but just 'okay'

This hotel deserve 4+ stars rating. I stayed there at reasonable rate and rooms & washroom are well ventilated. Rooms were cleaned and linen were also cleaned. I enjoyed the stay and it was really worth staying there. They have actually maintained their rooms and i really got a feeling that I am staying in a good hotel. Yes, few may have concerns with loud dj at night but i didn't face that much because I have a room at 4th floor and they don't allow visitors in room so book accordingly. I would love to visit again and recommend this hotel to stay once and believe me they're better than any.

Pathetic Staff..! Specially the person who is at reception at night..! He doesn't know how to communicate.. Like I checked in at 5Am in the morning he was not answering any questions properly..!! Rest Rooms are nice and everything was good..but yeah it is jst that one person who was not cooperative at all

It is not a family hotel and it was embarrassing for us. It has a bad reputation, please trust the locals or taxis when they say so. The photos shown online are deceitful and the rooms are disgusting 🤢 with no sanity. The entrance is surrounded by open meat shops and you are welcomed with a reeky smell with flies around them. People book rooms for 2-4 hours over there, if you know, you know! The lift makes a ridiculous noise each hour and wakes you up. Even worse, the lift broke down and we had to carry our mom with her wheelchair from 4th floor down the stairs so she doesn’t miss her flight. They charge a ridiculous amount and staff is very sassy. Do yourself a favour by booking somewhere else. Stay safe!

The rooms are very nice and spacious. The rooms are couple friendly but the location is not good. Rates are very reasonable. They have a 3-6-12 hour booking system too.
