Stayed at Indie Stays Mumbai International Airport and it exceeded expectations. The location is super convenient – just minutes from the airport and a short walk from Marol Naka metro station, which makes getting around Mumbai really easy. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed – comfortable bed, good AC, and everything worked as it should. Housekeeping was on point throughout. What really stood out was the staff – polite, warm, and genuinely helpful with every request, from check-in to check-out. My overall stay at this hotel was average. It is a value for money hotel and close to the airport and railway station. Rooms are small in size but manageable. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel is that they did not provide extra towels. They have a policy that they will not provide towels on the Check Out date as they provide two towels on the checkin date. This was quite surprising for me. On my checkin day I took a shower and according to them I should use the same towel again. I had my kid with me and for him they agreed that they will provide one more towel which eventually they did not provide. So I was inconvenient for such a petty issue.
