“I just had to book hotel online, and when I arrived, the staff already had everything prepared. That kind of service matters.+

Giving one star because no option to give 0 star. Room was booked through Cleartrip. Despite of receiving receipt which clearly mentions that Cleartrip will pay to hotel, they denied entry and make me wait. At the end Cleartrip has to cancel the booking and refund.if you want trouble and harrasment go there. Additionally the location of the hotel is Pathetic.

ONE OF THE WORST STAY EVER. The main water tank leaked and the water came in room. When I told the receptionist that there is a lizard in room, he replied," sir, vo tho rhega (it stays there). There was no water in bathroom too had to take leak outside hotel. And the WORST PART found BLOOD stains in bedsheets which wasn't clean. Sheets are never cleaned here! Worst stay guys try searching other hotels you will get many. I saw reviews here and trust me they are fake

Red Flag!! This is Scam, don't book this hotel at all.... HARASSING & DISHONEST MANAGEMENT I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. This was the most unprofessional and stressful check-in experience of my life. Refused Entry Despite Confirmed Booking I was redirected here after a last-minute mess-up by FabHotels. When I arrived at Hotel B Town, the manager looked at his system and could clearly see my confirmed booking. Despite having my details right in front of him, he flat-out refused to give me a room. Greed Over Service The manager’s excuse was pathetic: he claimed the online price I had paid was "too low" and that he couldn't afford to give me a room at that rate. He basically tried to hold my stay hostage for more money, even though the booking was already paid for. Hostile Environment The staff was extremely arrogant and showed zero empathy for a guest stranded with luggage. They made me wait for over an hour, arguing with me despite the proof on their own computer. I eventually had to call the police to get the room I legally paid for. The Quality Even after the police intervention forced them to give me a key, the room provided was sub-standard, dirty, and poorly maintained. STAY AWAY. This hotel does not respect bookings, does not respect the law, and the management is incredibly shady. Do not trust them with your money.
