Very very bad room quality and too much awful rooms and smelly rooms not at all worth it you can’t even stand in the room such pathetic quality of the room are. And everywhere there were cockroach as well

Very worst place , area also damm bad . I will suggest not to go there , they didn't change bedshit blanket cover had a bad experience with that even after knowing them , too much 🪳 cockroach... Bad smell ...ac not proper working .. .on agoda they added perfect photo to make full ...on this price don't go there humble request

I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my life and do not need anything fancy; however, this was likely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. All I require is something clean and safe. The lobby here was clean and the staff was friendly. However, those are the only nice things I can find to say about the place. It is true you get what you pay for, but I expect at least clean sheets and no roaches. The sheets were dirty, the blanket was so filthy I took it off the bed, the pillows were disgusting and I also removed it and used my own travel pillow. The bathroom had a fan above the window that you could see through and it looked directly into the house next door and into their kitchen. The children singing next door at 6am were actually a delight, but not quite the hour I would have chosen to wake up. Towels were filthy, headboards were so gross, and did I mention the roaches? We killed a few while we were there, but I guarantee there are plenty more. I know roaches can be hard to keep under control in warm, humid climates, but the pile of dirty sheets that were over flowing from the closet by our room didn't help and seemed to provide you perfect breeding ground for them. Avoid this hotel, it's not worth the price, unless you don't care about cleanliness. We did stay one night, but then moved to a much better hotel. We lost the money on the rest of the nights, which I hated to do, but there was no way I could stay one more night in that room. Take a look at the headboards in the photos and be aware the pictures actually make the room seem nicer than it actually is.

@riteshagar @oyorooms We had a booking in hotel avenue on 14th sept 2022. We had pre-paid the booking amount of 2400 rs but when we arrived the hotel the receptionist asked for additional 2900 rs. But while booking there was no such additional payment mentioned. So we denied to give the additional amount but we were with huge luggage so we had no other options to stay there. After many request that person allowed us 1 room for 3hrs only. Ok the whole thing I am tweeting because the hotel was earing through online without giving any service and not letting anyone stay there. Also the hotel was being used for couples for 1hr and for 1k. So the receptionist was not leting anyone to stay. I request you to please strict your policies. Business does not mean only spreading worldwide but also quality service. I would request you to remove that hotel from your list and refund atleast half my payment as I had not fully availed the service. Also a severe investigation is required as the hotel was doing the same with every customer. I will also file a consumer court complaint against this crime. Even the 2400 was my hardearned money.

The hotel staff was rude they denied us of parking stating you can cancel booking but we cant provide parking after which we asked them to check in irrespectively but then they said the room charge shown on oyo is not a full day charge and we will have to pay extra even though on the site it was a stated full day rental. The staff made us wait for approx 20mins before check in on the pretext of room was not ready even though i had booked the room 3 days before the actual check in date. Now coming to the rooms completely unhygienic and dirty we could not spend more than an hour in that room it was disgusting.
