Had a good experience in the hotel. Stayed there for one night. It's a new and modern building. Rooms were small but well designed and compact. Service was reasonable. They have an in-house restaurant so food was not a problem when you are too tired to step out. There's also a Konkani sea food restaurant next door in case that's what you fancy.

The stay was disappointing overall, mainly due to the location, which is quite inconvenient. There are no medical stores nearby and no proper restaurants or hotels in the surrounding area, making it difficult for guests, especially in urgent situations. The room was missing some basic amenities, such as a hair dryer in the bathroom, which is generally expected at this price point. Additionally, the price charged was on the higher side compared to the facilities and services provided, so it did not feel like good value for money. The check-in experience could also be improved, as the lady receptionist’s behavior came across as slightly rude and unwelcoming, which was disappointing. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I hope the hotel takes this feedback constructively to improve in the future. Had a wonderful stay, The catering was a highlight—the breakfast buffet had an incredible variety, and the dinner service was both attentive and efficient. Food was really tasty (not oily and not too spicy). Rooms are compact but hotel is really near to Seepz and MIDC.

1-Star Review I am writing this review to formally document a very serious and disturbing incident that occurred during our stay at this hotel. While having breakfast at the buffet counter, we discovered insects and cockroaches in the food display area. This reflects gross negligence in hygiene standards and food safety compliance. Such conditions are unacceptable and pose a direct health risk to guests. We immediately reported the issue to the hotel management, expecting a professional response and corrective action. Instead of addressing the complaint responsibly, the situation escalated in an alarming manner. The General Manager responded aggressively and unprofessionally. He used abusive and threatening language toward us. More shockingly, he attempted to physically confront us and tried to fight and slap us. This behavior amounts to intimidation and attempted physical assault. Such conduct is completely unacceptable, unlawful, and far below the standards expected from hospitality management. Rather than resolving a legitimate hygiene concern, the management chose to harass and intimidate paying guests. We felt unsafe and deeply distressed by this incident. This matter involves serious concerns regarding: • Food safety violations • Guest safety and security • Professional misconduct by senior management • Verbal abuse and attempted physical assault We are considering escalating this issue to the appropriate consumer protection and legal authorities. I strongly advise other guests to be cautious before choosing this property. A hotel is expected to provide a safe, clean, and respectful environment. Unfortunately, our experience was the exact opposite.

We stayed at this property for 3-4 days and it turned out to be a great and comfortable one. Room service was prompt. Rooms were beautifully done and clearly maintained. By the way the in-house restaurant made us gain weight with its appetising and tasty spread. A decent and small Bar at restaurant was added advantage. Hemant served well at the restaurant. Loved it. Would recommend it.
