The staff at Hotel Suba Galaxy were very accommodating- from the receptionist to the driver service and the restaurant team. Room service was good, and the bathroom was clean. However, I did have a few concerns about cleanliness in my room. One of the pillows seemed used when I arrived, with an odd smell and a visible blood stain. The bedsheet had small hairs on it, and there was a stain on the bed cover. The in-room phone was also very dirty, smelled very bad and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I hope housekeeping can improve cleaning and disinfecting these items. The socket in my room wasn’t working properly, which made charging my phone difficult. As for the restaurant, I’d rate the food 6/10. I hope they can offer more variety, especially for foreign guests. Overall, the price of the food and the hotel itself was reasonable, but better attention to cleanliness would really improve the stay.

Nice clean well located hotel . Our team member Arpita stayed here for a night and found the property to be very good for business or leisure stays. Rooms are big, clean and well done. The entire staff is very hospitable especially Ignesh in the front office. They are ready to walk an extra mile to ensure your stay is comfortable. Breakfast spread is wide and filling. Highly recommended hotel.

I attend meetings in this hotel and the service has always been good,also the food that they serve is extremely tasty and is very hygienic and clean . The staff is polite and prompt in its service.

This was a nice hotel with good location as my conference was in the same hotel ...small nice cute hotel u can say with good service and good staff ... breakfast was good and staff behaviour was very polite and all were greeting with a smile ...overall nice

I reached hotel after 2.30 pm & room not ready. Ihave to wait for 20 minutes many times I called many times room service but nobody received so recaption but no one received there also. Then I ordered for breadbutter & they deliver veg sandwich and to replace that again I have to wait.
