I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at your iconic 5-star property, and I felt compelled to share my wonderful experience. From the moment I stepped through the doors, the hotel exuded an incredible sense of luxury combined with genuinely positive vibes that instantly made me feel welcome and relaxed. The standout feature for me was the spectacular ambience. Every corner of the property is beautifully designed, creating a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. Whether relaxing in the lounge or walking through the beautifully curated spaces, the atmosphere was uplifting and serene. Of course, no luxury experience is complete without great food, and your culinary team absolutely delivered. Every meal was a highlight—expertly prepared, bursting with flavor, and presented beautifully. The variety and quality of the dishes exceeded my expectations and truly elevated my entire stay. Thank you to the entire team for maintaining such high standards and delivering an experience that feels both iconic and deeply personal. I am already looking forward to my next visit and will gladly recommend this property to anyone looking for a flawless getaway

Attn : Ms Shibani Stayed at ICONIQA from May 2–4 (Room 402). Overall, a very pleasant experience. The hotel excels in hospitality, and most departments deliver excellent service. A special mention to Ms. Kunjum at the front desk for her professionalism and support. The bell desk team, front office managers, and Mr. Adnan from the concierge were also extremely courteous and helpful. However, housekeeping needs significant improvement and did not match the standards of the rest of the hotel. * On Day 1, despite having 2 guests, only 1 toothbrush was provided. * On Day 2, with 3 guests, the room still had only 1 toothbrush and 2 bath towels. No small or medium towels were available, and even after requesting, they were not provided until checkout. Also, no additional bath towel was given for the third guest, despite it being a paid booking. * The flush button in the bathroom was not working on arrival and had to be fixed after reporting it—this should ideally be checked beforehand. While everything else deserves 5 stars, housekeeping was disappointing and needs better training and supervision. Rating: 3/5 (would have been 5 if housekeeping matched the overall standards)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ICONIQA Hotel Mumbai International Airport Had a wonderful stay at ICONIQA Hotel Mumbai! The property is modern, elegant, and beautifully designed with a luxurious vibe. The rooms are spotless, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The staff was warm, courteous, and always ready to help, making the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. The food was delicious with a good variety, and the breakfast spread was impressive. Being located just minutes away from Mumbai International Airport is an added advantage for anyone looking for convenience. Overall, a fantastic hospitality experience with excellent service, comfort, and ambience. I would definitely recommend ICONIQA to anyone visiting Mumbai and would love to stay here again.

I recently stayed at ICONIQA Hotel near Mumbai Airport Terminal 2 and had a very comfortable experience overall. I would rate the property 4 out of 5 stars. The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location. T2 is practically within walking distance, making it an excellent choice for transit passengers, business travellers, or anyone with an early morning or late-night flight. The convenience of being so close to the airport cannot be overstated. The room was spacious, modern and well maintained. Several thoughtful features helped the property stand out from a typical airport hotel. The complimentary non-alcoholic minibar was a pleasant surprise and a welcome touch. I particularly enjoyed the in-room Blue Tokai coffee machine, which elevated the overall experience. Another great feature that caught my attention was the LG Smart Closet, a unique addition that adds a sense of modern luxury and practicality to the stay, very helpful indeed. Looking forward to it being adopted at other hotels too. Housekeeping standards were good throughout, and the room felt fresh, comfortable and well-equipped for both short and extended stays. The rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi deserve a special mention. They offer a unique view overlooking the airport hangar and aircraft parking bays, making for a surprisingly scenic setting, especially during the evening. Watching airport operations from a rooftop pool is not something one gets to experience every day. The breakfast spread was decent and offered enough variety to start the day comfortably. The quality of food was satisfactory, and the service staff were attentive and courteous. The only aspect that fell short of expectations was the dinner buffet. While the food itself was acceptable, the spread felt somewhat limited, particularly when it came to starters and desserts. In my view, these are key components of any good buffet experience, and the selection could certainly be improved. It was therefore not surprising to see relatively low occupancy at the dinner buffet during my visit. A special mention to Junu at the front desk, who was extremely helpful during my stay. She kindly arranged a complimentary late checkout to accommodate my flight schedule, which was greatly appreciated and made the overall experience much more convenient. Small gestures like these often make the biggest difference and reflect positively on the hotel's approach to guest service. Overall, ICONIQA succeeds in offering what many airport hotels struggle to achieve: convenience without compromising comfort. With spacious rooms, thoughtful amenities, an excellent location near T2 and unique features such as the Blue Tokai coffee machine, complimentary minibar, LG Smart Closet and rooftop pool, it provides a stay that feels a notch above the typical airport hotel experience. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near Mumbai Airport.

I booked my stay for a special occasion and was looking for a hotel that felt luxurious, offered great value for money, and was conveniently located near the airport. ICONIQA exceeded all my expectations and perfectly checked every box. The hotel is incredibly modern and tech-forward, with thoughtfully designed facilities that truly elevate the experience while still being reasonably priced for the level of luxury offered. What stood out the most was the hospitality — the staff was exceptionally courteous, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I had planned to propose to my girlfriend during our stay and requested their room décor service. Their package included beautiful balloon décor, a bouquet, and a half-kg cake. The team did an amazing job accommodating all my requests and making the setup feel special and personalized. To make the occasion even more memorable, they also offered us a complimentary late check-out, which was a lovely gesture. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and came with a complimentary non-alcoholic minibar. One of the most unique highlights was the smart steaming wardrobe, which kept our clothes fresh and perfectly ready to wear — a very thoughtful luxury touch. The hotel also features a rooftop poolside restaurant with a stunning view of the Mumbai airport and aircraft parking bay, which made for a unique and enjoyable dining experience. In addition, they have two more excellent dining options and a fantastic breakfast buffet spread. One small area for improvement would be the bedding. The comforter and bedsheets left noticeable thread lint on our clothes, which was slightly inconvenient and difficult to remove. However, apart from this minor issue, everything else about the experience was nothing short of pleasant. Overall, ICONIQA offers an exceptional balance of luxury, comfort, technology, and value for money. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium stay experience in Mumbai within the mid-luxury segment.
