Don’t book this hotel! Don’t book! It’s a worst! Lot of issues with hotel! 1. Hotel is not clean! 2. If you book double bed they will give single bed room! 3. Hotel is in remote area! Security is the big concern! 4. You will not get good food! If you get also rate is very high! 5. Water problem! 6. They do not recharge TV! I can not give less than 1 rating! Other wise I would have given -ve rating here! You go to BKC and then book the tickets! And receptionist doesn’t care! When I was there for 10 minutes, almost every room folks arguing with him, he was not listening at all!

Ok for your appointment, US consulate interview its near by good for two days stay but areas surround I didn't like.

Best place to stay if you are near BKC area! Hotel BKC have many branches but BKC grand is best. It’s on 7th floor. Staff is very cooperative and receptionist is also very friendly. Price is somewhat high but service is worth the money. They have their restaurant in ground floor and you can also order online.

This hotel is at the 7th floor. 15 minutes Walkable distance to US consulate and Nita Ambani Cultural centre. Looks like most of people here came for the consulate. There’s only one clean veg restaurant at the ground floor, it serves delicious. Outside is all garbage area. No place to go for walk or do to anything nearby. I’ve seen some room are not in good condition. I got room 717 which was great. Check the pic below. There’s only one lift working & it is painfully slow. Staffs are good. Overall it gets the job done.
