Never ever book this hotel . Unfriendly behaviour zero service worst quality unhygienic maintenance. Better you can stay at railway station but don't try to book this hotel . Genuine Review.

HIGHLY DONT RECOMEND If there was an option of zero stars to they would deserve it First of all they made us wait an hour after check in time the rooms smelled of cigarettes and alcohol So we asked for a different room there were holes in the bedsheets Then there was no water to wash hands or anything No basic amenities soap, toilet paper, towel After confronting the staff was very rude and defensive not ready to give refund Over all WOULD NOT RECCOMEND

It was a terrible experience in this hotel that I booked from OYO app… There was dirt all around in the room drawers, almirah, bathroom, AC, etc. There were too many holes in the bed sheets and pillows were dirty, even though blanket was also torned. There were hairs all around in the room I.e in bathroom bed and on floor also. There were leakages in the hotel I.e rain water was leaking from hotel roof There were bad smell also in the hotel even in the room itself. Room door was stucked every time while opening. A room next to me booked by a couple in which husband was beating his wife unreasonably while my stay of 3 days.. even I complaint many times to the staff but they does nothing about it and during whole 3 days I heard the wife crying and man’s abuse to his wife due to which I was not even able to sleep properly. Overall terrible experience. Also check out time was 11:00 pm I was mistakenly slept at that time..No hotel staff reminded me of check out before 11 or at 11. When after 1 hour I woke up and I was checking out from the hotel.. owner demanded me Rs.1500 more. Like in my opinion they does this intentionally so that they can recover more from their guest as it is a normal practices of hotels to remind their guest before checkout time that their check out time is scheduled if they want to continue or not.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this hotel. From the moment of booking, it was a nightmare. The management is completely unprofessional, and the customer service is nonexistent. The rooms were nothing like the pictures—unclean, poorly maintained, and not worth the price at all. Basic amenities were missing, and the staff seemed completely indifferent to any concerns. If you’re looking for a hassle-free and comfortable stay, avoid this place at all costs!

Worst place if are looking for a good hotel with spacious rooms and ventilation. The rooms are hardy 10x10 ft, no windows, no sound proofing, bathrooms are like matchbox. Loc is also very bad, 3-4 km from main road. You feel as if u have entered some slum area.
