I really liked the hotel and all it's employees. They were all so helpful and kind. The service was great! They can also speak English which is important to me as a German. Furthermore the 24h reception was very good. It's a very safe place as well. I needed a hotel close to the next badminton court, so I had a one minute walking distance. Security and cleanliness were also very good. I will stay again at this hotel for my next trip.

I spent 17 days in this hotel and I really liked it. The staff were very good and their service was excellent. However, one thing was a little disappointing: they order food from outside. I would suggest that they arrange for their own restaurant.

Terrible location & awful experience of rooms. Changed rooms 4 times. Not safe for Solo female travelers. I requested upon check in to reduce my stay but Fab Hotels have been useless with communication & I'm still waiting for partial refund. Area is not safe for Solo women, alot of men constantly outside hotel. Nothing close by to take a walk. No restaurant within premises but next door. 1st room allocated downstairs, very noisy outside, bedding wasn't clean, very small and couldn't move around room, a table & 2 chairs cannot really accommodate size of rooms in this hotel. Bathrooms also you can just about do a full turn but without arms stretched which tells you size. Not ideal for a large male or female. NO WINDOWS. 2nd room - AC didn't work & very noisy i couldn't sleep all night. Same status of bedding and constantly smelled of smoke. NO WINDOWS 3rd room - changed in the morning and used toilet. But toilet seat was completely broken so couldn't sit. A WINDOW, But black out with black film so can only open it to get natural light but terrible view of buildings so don't open. 4th room, changed same day evening, when i came back in the evening because they couldn't fix toilet seat. AC worked better. Kettle was broken so replaced. TV has no channels and wouldn't connect to anything. Bedding smelt of smoke. All rooms in this hotel need upgrading with walls marked with dirt could do with a scrub. Don't understand this hotel is 3 star. I'd barely give 2 stars. Staff were always kind and accommodating but reception staff couldn't help at all with booking changes. Asked for coffee and toast but got coffee and butter on bread. Only 1 day of "breakfast" if you can call it that. So very stressful since arrived and I stayed out the daytime and returned evening just to sleep not ideal for me to relax. Booked with Booking.com for 13nights but couldn't stay more than 4 days, was just so terrible. Worst place I've experienced since 5months in India.

I stayed at Hotel Nexus Inn for 3 nights and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel is located right on the main road, and Bangur Nagar Metro Station is just a short walking distance away, which makes commuting very convenient. There was a bit of miscommunication at the time of check-in, but it was sorted out smoothly, and we ended up getting a good deal. Everything that was promised to us was delivered. We received our room as expected, and it turned out to be quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. Daily housekeeping was done regularly, and whenever we asked for any kind of help, it was provided promptly. The housekeeping staff, especially Dinesh and Manoj, were very helpful and always made sure that everything we needed was available. The manager, Pankaj, ensured a smooth check-in and was always just a call away. He was extremely supportive and made sure our stay was comfortable throughout, which really enhanced our overall experience. The hospitality provided by the hotel was commendable. The owner is also very sorted, polite, humble, and straightforward. I personally had a good conversation with him, which added a positive touch to the stay. Although the surrounding area outside the hotel is not very impressive, it honestly doesn’t matter because the hotel itself is very good from the inside. It is budget-friendly, well-maintained, and we faced no issues during our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Very bad experience. Do not travel with family. I stayed here with my wife. The staff member who delivered water at night kept asking me who are you staying with (trying to know if it's my wife or girlfriend). The staff members kept ringing door bell entire night. When I asked they said we want to deliver water even though I didn't ask. We couldn't sleep the entire night. In the morning while checking out multiple staff people from corridor, reception, and exit whill ask you which room you are checking out from without any reason. Absolutely terrible staff.
