Had a pleasant stay at Hilton Mumbai International Airport. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, with a nice classic ambience. The highlight of the stay was definitely the food. Both the breakfast and lunch buffets were excellent, with a great variety of dishes and consistently good quality. The major area that needs improvement is the service. It was quite slow on multiple occasions, with even basic room service requests sometimes taking up to an hour. This was disappointing and not something one would expect from a hotel of this standard. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent food and spacious rooms, but the service definitely needs to be quicker and more responsive. A solid 4-star experience with room for improvement.

ONE OF THE WORST HOTELS TO EVER EXIST : PLEASE NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL my experience- I booked via agoda and chose the option to pay at hotel and they approved my booking, upon reaching they told me to wait and i waited approx 3 hours in the lobby and then they said they couldn’t provide me with room and then asked me to look for other alternatives. So i booked the hilton garden which is nearby on a very short notice, the room i selected here was bigger and better compared to the one that i had to book on short notice and i had to pay extra. This was a big loss for me, but we are still not done then i ask the hotel to cancel my booking if they can’t provide me room and they said they will do it otherwise my card would be charged by approx 12,000 inr as no show. So i waited for them to cancel and after several hours they did not cancel the booking, the receptionist are a bunch of amateur i had the worst experience ever! I had to pay extra for a small room at a different hilton and i was charged by this hotel for no show. Such a disappointment ruined my entire holiday. I did not receive any compensation whatsoever. Shows this hotel cannot accommodate people for the bookings they take. SCAMMERS Also please don’t tell me to reach out to your support portal or anything, you guys are a joke, and i know you will waste my time there as well so i expect nothing from you. I will also reach out to the top authority of this hotel on linkedin and share the absolute garbage of experience that i had. I did not take a 12 hour flight for this bullshit. P.S - save your money guys don’t go here

Excellent stay! The hospitality and service were outstanding from start to finish. Every staff member—from the reception team to the restaurant staff and room service—was warm, courteous, and always greeted us with a smile. A special mention to Bandana at the reception for making our check-in seamless. She patiently listened to our requirements and ensured that our stay was arranged exactly as requested. Room service was also prompt, efficient, and delivered with a smile. The breakfast spread deserves special recognition—it was exceptional and easily one of the best I've experienced across all my hotel stays in India.

Very close to the airport with excellent service. The breakfast was amazing, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options.
