I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my entire stay. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, with a beautiful view of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had some of the best nights of sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from. I also enjoyed the fitness center and the spa facilities, which were perfect for relaxation. The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better. It was conveniently located near many attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It’s a true gem with exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location. I can’t wait to return for another stay!

They are winning deal on location otherwise hotel is not that standard. First of all it is three star hotel. I don’t know why google is showing 4-star hotel. Staff was polite but condition of room was not up to the mark. Mosquitoes were there. Geyser was not working. Breakfast was not that good. No doubt, staff was really good and polite. But still need improvements in all our the structure and services.

I had wonderful experience at Grace Galaxy hotel because their amenities were amazing and when i comes to saff were very polite and helpful. There were conducive environment and quite place to sleep. Apart from this, there were high quality, cleaned and comfort rooms which was also contain every thing. Overall, i had great experience with this hotel.

As I visited this place few days back for a meeting conference. The service provided by the hotel staff was quite satisfying. The rooms were perfectly arranged and easy accessible to our daily needs. Food was tasty and delicious also they have various options for desserts and also sugarfree desserts. Yeah the location was crowded and busy and heavy traffic reaching out this place and it's hardly 10-12 mins walking distance from bandra station. Do visit this place prices are also nominal great place to have business meeting and as peaceful as to enjoy a dinner with your partner.
