Rooms are average, but the staff does their best to make up for it. Location is convenient for someone traveling to either of the airport terminals. Food quality is good enough, but the taste is average.

I had a plesant stay at this hotel! The location is prime, being very close to Mumbai airport, T1, which is within walking distance. Juhu Beach is also nearby. The rooms were clean, tidy, and very pleasant. The staff were kind and supportive, especially the room service team. There are good food options, and the buffet breakfast was good. Additionally, there are a few petty shops within 100-200 meters for quick refreshments or other needs. Overall, it was a quiet and decent stay.

Really enjoyed my five days stay. Complimentary breakfast is very good and blenty of varieties of food served.Staffs are polite and friendly. Very near to airport T1.Room service and cleaning are good.Overall experience is very good.

Good maintenance, Clean rooms, Good food, Good location, Great staff, what else do you need. Smooth checkin and Check-out process. Decent Buffet breakfast spread. The location is near to airport (terminal 1) at the same time to a lot of important areas near by. Staff is generous enough to upgrade if available. By the way great Parathas, probably because it is owned by a Punjabi.

Room is good, well appointed, clean, with all that is necessary , washroom too is clean and well maintained with all necessities provided. Once Inside the room, you won't be able make out much difference between this non branded Indian hotel compared to a lemon tree or an ibis room..it's way better than ginger. The food is decent in room service, breakfast spread is ok, but the restaurant in the basement seriously needs to renovated and is quite dated and needs maintenance. Lobby and reception area is small, the check in process as is not good, check in time is kept by purpose at 2pm, so a biz traveller arriving in Mumbai by morning flight and wanting to check in around 10AM to freshen up, dump the luggage and head for the first meeting,will have no option .. use the lobby washroom & leave the luggage at reception and head out, or pay extra to get the early check-in. This really is an extortion and designed to irritate the already weary business travellers,who potentially are up from 3am to catch the early morning flights. Any how paid them extra got the room and from there on the stay was good. Location is at the terminal 1 airport, so for Mumbai it's a pretty decent location if your work is in and around Andheri/ BKC/ juhu etc...all are in the vicinity. To summarise good biz hotel for 2-3 days stay.
