I did not expect too much from this place even though it is advertised as a three star hotel. Given how little I paid for it, I think that I received fair value. It is located in an industrial area with many hard working people around. Room was a bit dirty but AC worked fine. They lost my reservation that I made for my return to Mumbai and moved me to a place for the same money but even lower standard. Oh well. The staff was very nice and helpful. They reluctantly allowed me to store my suitcase while I toured on my bicycle.

The service was the only thing which was good rest all were bad. Exp in First Room. 1. Bathroom was filled with water due to leaks. 2. AC was leaking water and it was falling on my head. Change of Room after Complaint 1. Rooms was full of bugs and Cockroaches. 2. Hotel are 1km away for lunch nad dinner to eat you need to prefer there food which is not too great. 3. They gave 3 days continuously puri sabzi. 4. Don't book here for longer stays never.

I had come with my family to Dadar as I had to visit the Don Bosco's Church at Matunga. And from the Dadar station. I had boarded 2 Taxis, and the Taxi Driver took us to the hotels in Kurla saying that Hotels in Dadar are expensive. And took us to Kurla, which was way far from Matunga. Infact my mood was off with the taxi drivers for taking us too far away. Now about the Hotel, it was way far away from Don Bosco's Church Matunga, and speaking of the rooms, I had taken 2 rooms 1 for 3 people and the other for 2 people. To be honest both the rooms didn't have ventilation or windows to see the outside view. The rooms were not spacious enough to keep your language or open your suitcase.The bathroom, toilets space was too less. The beds were not at all comfortable. The height of the ceiling was way to low. I donno about the hotel price as my Brother had done the payment and thank God we only did the booking for 1 night. And went for a nearby hotel at Dadar. The rooms are not clean and a lot of cockroaches were roaming around. One of our room door was not closing properly, so had to lock the room from inside. Bathroom space was very less. The TV didn't have dish or cable connection and they said that their Tv is a smart TV and you can only use YouTube and you could login on the oTT platform which I felt was not safe at all. There is no medical store neither any restaurant nearby, There are taxis nearby but nothing interesting at around the Hotel. I would not recommend any family for a stay only singles or couples can stay provided one must not carry to much laguage. Only good about the hotel is it's service. The staff serves food when called to place the order. Another advice to people travelling to Mumbai. Make sure to do a proper reasearch on the Hotels and do not depend on the Taxi drivers near the railway station for trust as they would leave you somewhere far away.

Hotel manager was extremely rude and was yelling profanities at us when we tried to book a room through phone. He assumed we didn't speak Hindi and whispered so many curse words under his breath while we we were asking him questions regarding the stay. The other reviews have nothing good to say about this place either. Don't book this unprofessional fellow's hotel.

After telephonic conversation and confirmation with Mr Riyaz on previous day travel ,I landed early morning 5.30 am went here to stay. Initially Reseptionist was rude stating no rooms. When I explained about my previous day conversation then he agreed to give and also told 30 percent extra have to pay for early check in. He took whole 5500 charge before entering the room. Around 10 o clock, I received call from home and was supposed to leave urgently. I requested to refund taking 1 day charge as I stayed only for 5 hours and also leaving before check out as per rule.They told only 2400 can be returned as they have taken into account the money. because of urgency didn't argued and no proper bills. On TV room boy told only YouTube available. I DON'T SUGGEST THIS HOTEL ON MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. REVIEW ARE FABRICATED.
