I have really liked the Hotal Ambience so far. Price seemed high but Mumbai is usually expensive but the Hotel was satisfactory and as per my preference. Mr Shubham Ghosh, Mr Naveen, Ma'am Tanisha and Ma'am Aishwarya really helped a lot during Breakfast and the food was really good. The Room I got was Nice, Spacious and Clean. Overall, a good hotel at this location.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast spread was good, and Tanisha assisted us during breakfast—she was very prompt and quick in understanding our requirements, and getting the live counter food and service. There was a minor issue with the hot water, but it was addressed swiftly. Ayush arrived within a few minutes and resolved the issue efficiently. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I stayed at this hotel for two months, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The staff were extremely supportive, polite, and always willing to help. Lakshmi and Saswati at the front desk were wonderful—always welcoming, professional, and quick to assist with anything I needed. They made my long stay smooth and comfortable. A special thanks to Raju from housekeeping for maintaining excellent cleanliness and ensuring the room was always well taken care of. The restaurant experience was great as well. Naveen was very courteous and made sure the food and service were consistently good. Overall, the hospitality and support from the entire team made my extended stay very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Nice rooms, cleaned and well furnished with basic needs. Breakfast was complimentary and was awesome which included varieties of items. Mr Naveen( staff) was very polite and his well behaved charmed most of the guests. Nice hotel. Recommended to all

Not worth when you pay 10k approx for a night. Expected better experience as a first time customer. The towel was not cleaned. Washroom seemed not so hygienic. Room was fine and spacious. But had some kind of smell. Could t recognise the source. The phone intercom was not working. Wouldn't recommend and like to revisit unless we get any other hotel in emergency.
