We came for the hotel me and my boyfriend the person how used to sit at reception he told we don't provide for the couple 😡 but last time mam given me the room but the person how used to sit at the reception he didn't provide me the room. And we told him that mam provide us first why are u not provided me now he told no mam . J can't provide it sorry . This not good sir / mam u don't provide room for the couple 😡 it's too bad . Pls first remove the board of which u have returned I have never seen like this hotel in my life . I didn't like the service .

I came to mumbai for an official visit and stayed for 15 days at Ardaas residency. They have the most clean and spacious rooms in the whole area, i know because i personally visited many hotels before finalizing this one. The staff is very cooperative and both the workers are decent and polite. Rooms are cleaned everyday and there is good ventilation in the rooms. The owner is also very humble and kind person. It almost felt like home in a strange city. Would love to stay again.

We stayed here during our commercial shoot, since this hotel is situated in heart of the bollywood industry it is very convenient to access different studios from this location as all the major studios are merely 1 or 2 kms away from this place.The service & rate were good. Biggest disadvantage is there is no space for PARKING, we had to park out in the open on the road.

King size rooms usually rarely found in Andheri West region with this price. Nice and helpful staff. Best place to stay if going to Kokilaben hospital.
