Review for Hotel Lucky Galaxy, Mumbai I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Lucky Galaxy near Marol Metro Station, Marol Naka, Andheri East, from 7th to 8th December 2024. The overall condition of the hotel was unacceptable. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Adding to the discomfort, the air conditioner was not working, and the room was not ready when I checked in. Despite repeated complaints about the AC, the issue was not resolved until the management eventually changed my room. Basic necessities such as towels and soaps were missing and were only provided after repeatedly asking the staff. To make matters worse, the hotel did not even provide complimentary water, which is a basic courtesy expected at this price point. The price of ₹2000 per night is unreasonably high for the substandard services and conditions provided. It’s clear that the hotel management is taking undue advantage of the property’s prime location near Mumbai International Airport without focusing on maintaining even basic hospitality standards. I booked this hotel through Goibibo and they should seriously reconsider listing such hotels in their recommendations to ensure better experiences for their customers.. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel unless they make significant improvements in cleanliness, amenities, and service quality. There are much better options available nearby for a similar price.

It was a terrible experience in my life. Very bad hotel, don't believe the photos. Rooms are very small and there is no ventilation even in the toilet 🚽. The room has a very dirty smell coming from the toilet. Not able to breathe and they use a very low quality room Spray to overcome the bad smell which makes it very worst. My son was not able to breathe and he was suffocating which lead us to vacate the room within 5 hours of our total of 4 nights booking. They did not even refund the payment. They don't have any ethical response. Never ever stay with the family. This is not a hotel at all... Not even worth for 100 rs....
