Very nice hotel 24/7 all time open nice experience good for it

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Experience I had a very bad experience staying at this hotel. The room was in poor condition and not properly maintained. The customer service was extremely disappointing, and the staff kept asking for extra money. There were rat issues in the property, which was very unpleasant and concerning. The overall cleanliness was very poor, making the stay uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Excellent Service

Very bad toilet. Ac doesn't work. Smells very moist

*Avoid Hotel Akasa View.* Checked in as a group, paid extra person charge (informed via text in advance). Before going out, we specifically asked if AC & geyser were working - staff said yes. Next morning geyser was completely broken. Asked for just 1 bucket of hot water - staff refused saying hotel is full. Had to take cold showers in a rush. Management denied refund, blamed us for not checking, and offered a discount "next time." - in which sense they thought we would ever return at place like this with poor management and service. We didn't do arguments and stated our basic right yet also was told by provider that we were arguing about refund Charged extra, no basic amenities, zero accountability.
