We stayed here for 3 nights during Palm Expo. Although Room 509 was a bit small, the ambience was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. I had some unpleasant experiences during my previous visits to Mumbai, but this stay completely changed my impression. This trip has become a truly memorable one. Location is amazing, everything is accessible from there. Room sizes are decent, not too cramped. Washroom and rooms are neat and clean. No foul smell or something. Went there with family

We stayed at Hotel Blackburn for 3 days and had a very disappointing experience. The pillow covers were dirty, and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. We informed the staff multiple times and requested that the room be cleaned whenever they were available. Unfortunately, the staff were quite rude and did not clean the room until we checked out. I would not recommend this hotel to future guests due to the poor cleanliness and unprofessional service.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was very cooperative and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed for 2 nights and they arranged a triple room for us without any hassle. The hotel felt safe and comfortable, especially for female guests. We really enjoyed our stay.
