The booking was cancelled the same day i checked in! The room and the staff at the restaurant was of the lowest standards. Kept waiting me at the reception imspite of arriving well after the regular check in time. The condition of the room was deplorable. The floor had dust and diry and its quite apparent that cleaning was not done. The bed sheet, pillow cover and the blanket had a stench of sweat and mildew. The table and kettle had huge loads of dust on it! There were mosquitoes in the room. The mosquito repellent was ON but with no liquid in the refiller. The toilet was not cleaned. The toliet seat cover was broken! The bed sheet and pillow covers were changed once i complained, however i had a very odd feeling about the place and decided to checkout!

EXTREMELY ARROGANT SERVICES. AFTER PAYING FOR BREAKFAST, BREAKFAST was not provided. Forcing for Cash Transaction, which means, there must be something Commercially Wrong. Rooms are Stinky. No Intercom.

Booked via brevistay. The images uploaded on google as well brevistay are only to mislead. The actual rooms don't even look close to what it is shown in the picture. Stinky blankets. No proper service. My check in was at 12 and when I reached I was told there is no room available. I waited almost 45 mins and checked in around 12.45pm Basic things like towels, toilet paper, water was missing. On being asked to provide these the room service boy asked for extra money. Lot of cigarette smoke in corridors and rooms. Pathetic experience

Walls leaking , tinier rooms than seen in the photos . Just overall a bad hotel

Please check rates with hotels. At the time of checking they are asking more for the room. Problem was solved from your end but that couldn't happen.
