Location is excellent. Also the staff very friendly. They even help us to change the rooms once we were not happy. So over all a good stay at this place.

Pathetic services expect 2-3 people that mr faizan all the staff was extemely rude . The receptionist will say go and out reviews and do whatever. They wont help if u need blanket or whatever. Cockroaches in food and plates. The housekeeping guy is rude and even smelly washroom that is in premium suite. Pathetic experience no toiletries available

Breakfast, restaurant staff and the security staff are great. Other than that, didn't find it value for money as suite room fittings are worn out, bathroom is huge but not very clean. Wifi is very weak. Location is excellent. They should consider revamping the rooms.

Nice and comfortable stay. Had booked 3 deluxe rooms but they upgraded two of the rooms to premium and suite free of cost due to unavailability of deluxe ones. Food was also good. Walkable distance to beach

The hotel’s ambiance is elegant yet cozy, with modern decor and spotless facilities. Rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast options are limited though, but again you have other options outside the hotel as well. The location is perfect, just steps away from Juhu Beach and located at Main Road. The staff were helpful in smooth check in and check out.
