Worst hotel , room size are very small and as well they doing fraud also . In same price u will get some other better hotel , they show you some other photos and want payment in advance after that hotels room are very uncomfortable and small in size or

The worst hotel to book.I had booked for 3 nights from 14th Sept to 17th Sept. My Mother got hospitalized on the 9th and I called Mr.Nandan Kapri, supposedly the owner. he did not bother to reply. I called one of the hotel lines, They refused to cancel or refund..They said if they get a booking for those dates they will refund 2 nights. I agreed. Today when i called they said no refund as they did not get any booking.. Really bad of them not considering the situation.. Sad, I would not recommend.. Such LOUSY RESPONSE

Where does the hotel’s ethics lie if they take advantage of a family’s medical situation. Didn’t feel safe with the staff at all. The area isn’t the best and I would never recommend it for a family. The rooms are cramped and have no natural light. The activities around and the other guests weren’t comforting either. Absolutely avoid if you are considering it in case of a medical emergency to be close to say Kokilaben or any other hospital. They would seem sweet to begin with but would take advantage of your situation as was in my case. #veryshady #notforfamily #notsafe In reply to your comment. It was sudden, because the concerned family member had fear of infection on the surgical wound and we eventually had to go to the hospital to get it treated. The fact that despite us communicating this you and profusely requesting you to accommodate, you asked us to vacate and doubly charged us speaks volumes how insensitive you were. As goes for the photos, it is hard to assess that the rooms have no ventilation and are so cramped from what you uploaded. I wasn’t familiar with the area beforehand, I just looked for what was available close to Kokilaben.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It was an amazing experience. All the staff members are amazing , helpful and always available. It’s a small cozy hotel though, but worth staying. Loved it.

The room was a bit small according to me, but the experience was very good. The staff was gentle and responding.
