Place is very good, neat and ambient. Food was also very good in buffet. Location is a bit confusing but if you drive slow, you wont miss it. Also parking may be an issue at times because other residents in area also park around. Rest the place was worth the visit

Had a wonderful family stay at Hotel Mumbai House, Andheri. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the overall hospitality was excellent. The breakfast was also really good with fresh and tasty options every morning, and the location is very convenient for getting around Mumbai. A special highlight was their “Ghar Ka Khana” concept — the food was absolutely delicious and truly felt like home-cooked meals, which made our family trip even more comfortable. Special thanks to Rohit Sha at the reception for being extremely welcoming, polite, and always ready to help with anything we needed. He handled everything very professionally, made our check-in smooth, and ensured our family felt comfortable throughout the stay. Also thankful to Dhrup Ingale for his warm hospitality and courteous service, and Jahir from housekeeping for maintaining cleanliness so well and always assisting with a smile. Tip for families: Don’t miss their homely meals if you stay here. Highly recommended for family and business travelers visiting Mumbai!

I came to mumbai to attend a one week course. I got accomodated to this hotel by my employer for a week. The room which I was staying was good. No complaints. Beds were clean, washrooms were clean. Everyday rooms were cleaned and new towels were provided. Hotel location is also good and peaceful. Breakfast and dinner is also amazing. Overall experience was good in this hotel.

Rooms are good, bed is really good, we didn’t feel away from house while we were staying here for four days. Room service was really good. On time. Food was delicious, breakfast was really good .Mr. Anurag , Mr. Prahas and Ms Tanvi were very helpful and took good care of us . Keep up the good work. All the best !

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, which claims to be a 4-star property but does not even meet basic standards. Firstly, the room condition was poor. The wooden flooring was damaged and dislocated in several places, which felt unsafe and poorly maintained. Basic toiletries such as body soap and body wash were not provided, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a 4-star one. The washroom water pressure was also very low, making it inconvenient to use. Overall, the room lacked even the most basic amenities expected by guests. The food experience was equally disappointing. The menu was repetitive for both veg and non-veg options, with no variety at all. Additionally, the plates and utensils were not properly cleaned—there was visible oil residue, which is completely unhygienic. Even after informing the management multiple times, no improvements were made in the food quality or restaurant hygiene. Another major issue was regarding the taxi service. At the time of booking, taxi service was promised, but upon arrival, we were told it was not available and were asked to arrange our own transport. This is highly unprofessional and misleading. Despite raising these concerns 2–3 times during our stay, the response from the management was very poor and no proper action was taken. Overall, this hotel fails to provide even basic facilities and does not justify its rating at all. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Please consider other options to avoid a similar bad experience.
