Arrived at 4.30am to the lounge the staff were setting up the breakfast. Brilliant Indian and continental breakfast served. Good variety including Kheema pav and pav bhaji. Coffee was served at the table, Pooja and Dakshata I particularly remember as they just not attended me, but all other guest as well with same kindness and helping nature.

I stayed at the Aviserv Lounge for about 6 hours on 25/03/26, and it cost around ₹5200. Overall, it was a decent experience. Pros: The place was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. Free Wi-Fi was available and worked well. Meals were decent, with mostly Indian food options. Washrooms were clean and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: The chairs were a bit uncomfortable for long durations. No recliner options, so you have to sit in the same posture for hours. It can be difficult to locate, especially if you’re visiting Mumbai International Airport for the first time. The number of sleeping pods is limited, so many people end up using chairs instead. Overall: A good option for a short stay, but comfort could be improved for longer durations.

Had an amazing experience at the Aviserv Lounge in Mumbai International Terminal 2. The lounge was spotless, well-maintained, and offered a calm, comfortable space to relax before or after a flight. A special mention to Kaushik and Aditya for their exceptional hospitality both were extremely courteous and helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options. What really sets this lounge apart are the sleeping pods and shower facilities, available at very reasonable rates (₹800/hr for showers and ₹950/hr for pods). The shower area was clean, spacious, and perfect for a quick refresh between flights. Access is available via Priority Pass, select credit cards, or even paid entry. A great bonus they also allow lounge access on arrival, which is perfect for travelers landing from long international flights. Overall, an outstanding experience with great value and service. Highly recommend the Aviserv Lounge if you’re traveling through Mumbai T2!

**Review of Aviserv Lounge – Mumbai Airport T2** We were a group of 13 travellers flying from Oman to Kathmandu for a spiritual tour\. We had an early morning layover in Mumbai, so we decided to use the shower facility at Aviserv Lounge to freshen up before our next flight\. This allowed us to head straight to the temple on arrival without wasting any time\. We opted for the **shower package**, which costs **₹750 per person** and includes a **45\-minute access**, along with a towel and basic toiletries\. Since we were a large group, we were divided between the East and West lounges\. The shower areas and bathrooms were clean and well maintained\. However, members of the other group mentioned that the soap and shampoo dispensers were empty, which was disappointing\. The package also included a complimentary breakfast buffet\. Unfortunately, the food quality was below expectations\. The coconut chutney and tomato chutney had spoiled, yet they were still being served\. They were removed only after I brought it to the staff’s attention\. The idli and dosa were average, while the bread was fresh and good\. By the time we had breakfast, several other food items had already run out and were not replenished\. Overall, the shower facility was convenient and served our purpose well, but the breakfast quality and food management need significant improvement, especially at an international airport where travellers expect better hygiene and freshness\.

I had the opportunity to take a service at this lounge today. It was a better experience to get a lounge on arrival. The breakfast was good . The facilities are good. Washrooms very neat and clean. The staff is well trained and behaved. Overall very comfy experience.
