Had an amazing experience at the Aviserv Lounge in Mumbai International Terminal 2. The lounge was spotless, well-maintained, and offered a calm, comfortable space to relax before or after a flight. A special mention to Kaushik and Aditya for their exceptional hospitality both were extremely courteous and helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options. What really sets this lounge apart are the sleeping pods and shower facilities, available at very reasonable rates (₹800/hr for showers and ₹950/hr for pods). The shower area was clean, spacious, and perfect for a quick refresh between flights. Access is available via Priority Pass, select credit cards, or even paid entry. A great bonus they also allow lounge access on arrival, which is perfect for travelers landing from long international flights. Overall, an outstanding experience with great value and service. Highly recommend the Aviserv Lounge if you’re traveling through Mumbai T2!

Really nice, fresh food. With ample of seating arrangements. I used visa companion pass, but it has quite transparent pricing displayed at reception, which is usually missing at most places. Service staff is cautious and attentive to your demands. Its difficult to find as its at extreme corner near gate A arrival. Shower and sleep pods available at additional price but good quality.

A good place to take a nap and rest for your transit. They have sleeping pods in which you can sleep isolated with decent cushioning and comfort. There are also seating areas where you can sit and rest. Breakfast options available too. But the whole facility felt a bit expensive. You’ve to pay extra for breakfast, extra for toilets etc. overall a good place. You can ask and navigate to the facility by asking all the way. It’s just at exit at arrivals

Visited the Aviserv East Lounge (Arrival Hall). The staff Rohit & Komal were helpful and assisted as per my needs. The ambiance is good, sufficient places to rest. When I visited, I was able to relish their buffet breakfast. Price level: Moderate to High Quality : Worth the money Recommended- if you have a long layover and would like to unwind a bit.

Kaushik, Radhika & Lalit we're exceptionally helpful and a very welcoming staff. Great service, good food. Just need to add beer 🍻 to the menu and a new carpet, otherwise I highly recommend either one East or West lounge.
