The bedding has holes in them, are torn or ripped. Towel are not good quality either - some towels are torn or ripped and has holes in them. Upon requesting they changed it. I saw cockroaches in room. Cleanliness is of a poor or low quality. Breakfast - tea cup, plates and cutlery can’t be used straight away because they can be dirty. I had to change my room once - was given first floor. The second room I was in was located ground floor had issues with bathroom door, extractor fan wasn’t working, handle of shower + tap was broken - requested to repair it but wasn’t done. The hotel doesn’t have lift, neither does it have fridge as I was made aware by the room service staff. They also give you wrong information when asked about laundry service. The staff response can be rude. When you request room service staff to clean the bathroom they would tell you it’s clean enough.

Good Hotel, But no Cleanliness. In my room people had Spit Ghutka there on 3rd floor Left side corner room. Even they don't have lifts. Very bad experience.

Please don't book the room. The room capacity is not enough for a single person but they provide the same room for 2 people. They charged 2500 but was not worth it. Location is more even worst

Worst hotel. Don't ever waste ur time or money. Location is bad . Bad experience . I paid for my stay and when I reached to check in they refused to give me a room saying the hotel was under renovation.And they refused to refund my money. Horrible....
They only told me to contact Oyo because I booked with them. But poor service from.OYO 'S,end to . All they said was sorry and couldn't find a place to put me up to stay . I went through stress because of the hotel and OYO . Please do not pay unit you see the hotel yourself. Shame that OYO says best experience staying in the properties.

Absolutely worst experience in this hotel. So many leeches in washroom and also in bedroom had to change room thrice. The receptionist is so rude. They don't take bookings if you had made it online and if it is under 2k they ask u to pay it to get the room. They will simply say we didn't get any notification or its not showing on our end. Rooms are very small. Most unsafe area and hotel to stay in.
