The wonderful experience I recently had during my stay at this property... It was truly exceptional from start to finish, and I couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable visit. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The check-in process was swift and efficient, making me feel welcome right away. The amenities provided exceeded my expectations

It's at a very calm place near Vagator beach. Staff is very helpful. There is a rental car/scooty/taxi nearby. Food service is quite slow as it has to be ordered from a separate restaurant. Cleanliness is well maintained at the resort and pool size is also decent.

A BIG NO to this place If there's negative marking would have given that. First of all do not book the hotel basis on Google photos, the hotel doesn't look like the same at all. We recently stayed here for 3 nights. The biggest mistake we did. There are only 2 boys who are handling this entire 14 rooms property. They handle reception as well as housekeeping. When we reached hotel, we didn't receive a very warm hospitable welcome. The guy was rude and just wanted to finish his work for the day. Rooms: we booked suite, it's not in good shape, room was not at all cleaned before. Linen were dirty, there were spider webs in many corners of the room. Cupboard was in a dilapidated condition. No place to hang clothes - no hooks anywhere. Bathroom: Horrible and pathetic. No toiletries, only small hamam soaps. Not cleaned before. Next day when we asked to change the linen, they mentioned that they don't have enough linen and towels so alternate days they will change. When we asked for the owner's name and number, the guy at reception casually said that the owner stays in Mapusa and will never come. He's not bothered about the hotel. Overall if you are going with family this place is not recommended.

Good place to stay, very peaceful, Staff were very supportive. We have travelled with 1.5 year old baby, as we were going out in early morning for sightseeing, we requested boiled eggs and milk, with out second taught they have provided what all we needed. Its very near to Vagator beach, local shopping and food. looking forward to visit again. Pool is clean and maintained well. Prasad at front office helped well in suggestions on sightseeing.

The rooms were average, and looked a little bit old. We can see there is no proper maintenance and it does not look attractive. They have different categories of rooms with them, we have selected the super Deluxe one but not worth it. First time impressions were not good. Rooms have one hall, kitchen, room, separate bathroom in the hall. It's not looking good. Curtains look like old homes,
