Our stay at the hotel was comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were clean, spacious, and suitable for a family stay. The staff were friendly and supportive, always ready to help with any requirements. The hotel maintained good hygiene and offered a safe, welcoming atmosphere, making our stay relaxing and worry-free

Rooms are all decent and homely experience. Car parking is available and location is easily accessible.

Water alone is not great for a stay while all others are good. Drinking Water if provided with RO would be good

For 2 bedroom apartment they charged 4000 INR which is not worth, AC not working properly, bedsheets are not clean, toilets are not clean, completely unhygienic. Very worst experience. Behaviour of the service person is worst and he is disrespectful to elderly people and Customers. They advertise complimentary breakfast but they didn't even give basic facilities like water. Service is in minus 10 rating. There is no lock for main door, when we asked the person he was jumping like mad person.

After seeing good ratings and reviews, I booked a room here for 3 days and 3 nights. The following are my observations: 1. I could see the in-charge people only on the days of check-in and check-out and only at that time. Rest of the time, the office room was closed. 2. For the same reason I had to use the same towel for all 3 days. 3. There were a lot of small cockroaches inside the cupboards and the room in general. After constant complaining and follow-up, I was given a HIT spray which I had to use quite frequently. 4. Cobwebs were in room ceiling as well as bathroom ceiling. 5. The thick turkey doormat was wet and I had to ask them to change. 6. The waste paper basket kept in the common hall (one common hall for every 2 rooms) was never emptied all the 3 days. 7. The balcony was very dusty that I could not even step into the balcony. 8. Power backup was only for one fan and the tubelight and not for AC or TV. I am very surprised with the ratings and reviews. I still have the pics of the dead cockroaches with me and have shared the same with the in-charge person (but obviously no response). If the issues listed by me are not to be taken seriously, then, definitely 5 star rating can be given and you can please go ahead and book room(s) here. Since the office room was locked almost all the time, our safety is in our hands and I was staying alone. The pic of the dead cockroaches were taken on the first day and not on the third day.
