I really said it's very very comfortable stay at t.nagar and staffs also very friendly and rooms are very neet and clean

Rooms are nice, location is also OK but I had very bad booking experience through agoda with them. I booked room for 3 days at surprisingly low price, I thought there might be some loyalty or reward program through which I am getting this cheap price or probably some hotel giveaway. But on reaching hotel my check in was denied and person on reception told me something went wrong on thier site that's why it happened then rather than accommodating me or providing me refund he told me to contact agoda. Now agoda being International company International call charges will be applicable for calling them so, I didn't call them but dropped messages and mails but still there is no resolution after 2 weeks. I reached their late so one day payment I did instantly and stayed there for one day with instant payment.

Unhygienic place. Dirty walls. Cockroach in the bathroom. Flush not working. Unresponsive staff. Even after complaining he didn't take any action.

Very neat and cleanly maintained but the address given on card is for redstone hotel not for redfox so kindly print new cards with redfox hotel address

Think twice before booking room. Each person in the reception give different rate of rent. They commit one rent and when we reach another person tells a higher rent. Their service is very poor. AC in the rooms did not work. They continuously call to settle full amount before check out. Dont do the mistake of paying fully before check out. AC did not work and by mistake I made full payment before check out. Rent is very high for the service.
