My stay at this hotel was nothing short of a disaster from start to finish. The hotel is currently under renovation, and it’s clear they didn’t bother to inform guests beforehand. Hotel is full of cockroaches scurrying across the floor as well as in bathroom, near the bed, and even on the desk. Avoid at all costs!

Fake photos uploaded on google , full of cockroaches in hotel even on bed toilets everywhere… please think twice before selecting this hotel to stay… worst service ever… no basic drinking water facilities

If 0 ratings star option will be added in the near future this hotel should be the 1st one to deserve that 0 rating 1st. Worst Rooms high price,0 service. Simply waste

A cockroach kingdom. Stay here only if you want to live with cockroaches. lacks amenities and basic cctv surveillance on floors. but you will have to pay a huge premium for this dirty hotel. zero star!

it has been a pathetic stay, rude behaviour, threatening, extremely racist, no food, no water bottle, cockroaches, no wifi Took charges with BREAKFAST said, no breakfast available - take refund from your app customer care Gave 1 bottle water, asking extra charges for 2nd water bottle Booking is done for TRIPLE ROOM STAY, still at check in asking for extra mattress charges Room is full of cockroaches Mattresses are too low quality No intercom in room to connect to reception, for simple request also i have gone twice from third floor to ground Charges is not very low then too no basic amenities When requesting for TV for live match telecast, they said only Tamil channel available, hindi channel is Rs.19, we request please do it Managers reply - manager name - ISHWAR "Hindi channel will not come" "Jo karna hai karlo jo ukhadna hai ukhaad lo"
