I had a great stay at the hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent amenities. The staff Ms.Jeevalatha was friendly and attentive, making the check-in process smooth. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend it!

Terrible Experience - Do Not Recommend I am currently staying at this hotel and my experience is extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful.front desk staff lacked basic customer service skills. I had booked deluxe room with king-size bed, But after arrival they offered me queen size bed room.Rooms are too small as per charges taken, washroom and toilet is also too small. The room itself is not as advertised. It is poorly cleaned, with dust on the furniture and an unpleasant odor. The bed is uncomfortable, and the linens didn’t seem fresh. I also had a poor experience at the on-site restaurant—BAD service. I have reached hotel around 10.15pm and front desk person told me that resturant will close by 10.30pm, But you can order food from room dining service. When I called room dining service they were initially unresponsive and after some time they told me that resturant is closed now and they will bale to serve after 11.30pm. This results into sleeping without dinner. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you value cleanliness, comfort, and basic customer service.

Stayed in pride chennai . Service was dead slow , highly untrained staff . Food quality is absolutely pathetic. Breakfast buffet is extremely limited and tasteless . Your day starts with disappointment and ends with disappointment due to tasteless food. Rooms are not cleaned properly , washrooms are not cleaned properly . They will not bother to replace towels as well , you will have to ask them to send it . As per the money charged overall quality is very poor. Better to find other options .

Few betterments needs to be done in the washroom of room no. 710 or may all rooms. 1. The WC is not properly/ thoroughly clean. 2. The wash basin water tap flow doesn't work properly.

I suggest the hotel could possibly have an air freshener due to the wood smell. Toilets should also have an air freshener to have an aroma to make the environment pleasant. Apart from that , the in room services (food) was great. Thank you for being patient and doing your best to serve us !
