I’m currently attending a corporate event at Grand Continent Premier Hotel, and the experience has been truly exceptional. The hotel staff are extremely courteous and helpful, special shout out to Usha and another person( I don’t know his name). I was very impressed by their professionalism and commitment to help. They allowed me to check out a little later which proved to be important for my trip. Breakfast item taste could have been slightly better. Cleanliness of the room was good not exceptional. Location was top notch, next to most things one can imagine they will require. However, as mentioned previously anything that was lacking was made up by the exceptional behavior of the front desk folks.

We had a wonderful experience thanks to the exceptional hospitality here. A special note of thanks to Chef Mr. Raffiq for the incredible food and to Mr. Ajith Kumar and the entire team for their attentive and warm service. They truly went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Highly recommended!
