Location and is terrible. Rooms and furniture are old and falling apart and rotting. A/c is unable to cool the room. The regulator of the fan is broken, so the fan moves at the top most speed, and keeps banging against the false ceiling all night. There are bugs and cockroaches in the room. The bedding was dusty. Food from the kitchen was not good. Only the bathroom was clean and there was water. Everything else was horrible. The property is overrated.

Rooms are neat and tidy. I stayed here for 2 days recently. Good customer service and the staff were really good. Whenever i give a call they responded immediately without hesitation. Receptionist in the morning shift is very polite and good in handling customers. 4 or 5 times I have booked this same hotel whenever I visit Chennai. My overall experience was very good and satisfactory.

I went along with my family to this place recently. This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. My father ended up booking this room without reading any reviews. Had he read the reviews we would have had this unfortunate incident. Before booking , the staff had sent pics of room which look decent. Right from start there were bad vibes about this place. The staff was rude. The rooms were untidy and infested with mosquitoes and cockroaches. When we showed the staff cockroach on the bed he struck it away like it was nothing and we can still sleep there. The floor was unclean and the flushes don't work. Upon complaining they provided another room but it was worse than the previous one. Only reason to give one star for service is due to reason that the staff was able to return the cash upon telling we don't want to stay there .

Nothing less than a nightmare. Not recommended at all ! Not even for a night! Read the google reviews carefully, it’s not difficult to fake the rating these days!! The hotel is very ill maintained. Overall cleanliness is terrible, stains all over the chair covers, sofas. Bad complimentary breakfast, constant noise due to renovation.

since it was a heavily demanded date there were no rooms available at the last moment I booked this hotel even after seeing the reviews for my family. But now I think it's completely different because it's renovated and i didnt find any issues. The friendly staff and food tasted good. My work went well with the consulate that I can recommend this hotel for people who were looking for a budget stay.
