I recently stayed at Hablis with my family, and we had an excellent experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. A special mention goes to the housekeeping staff Deepika who took care of the first floor rooms, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. Their attention to detail and friendly service (valet service, housekeeping, help desk, and their in-house restaurant) truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

The Stay at Hablis when in transit in Chennai was amazing. This is close proximity to Airport and truely a luxurious hotel. We got free upgraded for our stay and got Suit Rooms which were really comfy. The staff was very cooperative. Pick up and drop service was awesome in nice well kept Innova.

Stayed at the hotel with a group of friends. While the overall experience was enjoyable, there were some mixed aspects. The food was okay, not exceptional but satisfactory. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for renovation during my stay, which was quite disappointing as I was looking forward to using it. I wish the hotel management or the travel booking platforms had notified us in advance. On a positive note, the housekeeping service was excellent. The staff ensured that the rooms were well-maintained and clean throughout my stay. The rooms were decent and provided a comfortable atmosphere. I hope that the next time I visit, the amenities are fully available, making for an even better experience.

I am staying at this hotel for Business trip as they have mentioned in their name and advertised themselves as 4 stars on MMT and comes under MMT Lux, but my experience was far from the standard I anticipated. The furniture was in such poor shape that it seemed ready for the trash, and there was no hot water in the bathroom, which was a major inconvenience. The mirror was old and spotted, and the towel hanger was broken. To make matters worse, the bedsheets were torn, and several pieces of electrical equipment were malfunctioning. This hotel needs significant improvements in maintenance and cleanliness to justify its 4-star rating. They offered me Another rooms but I denied because it’s their reality and they have to work on it, they can’t cover it with some complimentary things. Please don’t waste your money book some good Hotels and also check their rooms first. Attaching Pictures to prove myself otherwise they will say customer do this for upgrade the rooms.

Horrible service, very rude and unattentive staff. The AC dint work after repeated complains and request to change the room if they couldn’t fix it, they still dint and this episode went on for hours at midnight. There’s no hot water facility at the property. To top this all off when I wanted raise the issue to the manager at duty in the morning he was happy enough to skip the issue and force a faster checkout at 8am. The amenities at the room also have become old and rusty. breakfast was decent. But everything else was a strict no show and never coming back here and would never recommend for anyone to stay
