My family and I booked a room on 25th September. We had been given a room and when we entered the room there was a foul smell of dead rat in the entire room. It was uninhabitable. I refused to take the room and we were given another room which was not cleaned and even bed sheets were not changed. The room was so dusty and my daughter got dust allergy and caught a cold. AC also was emitting a bad smell. It was a horrible experience for us. When we pay an exorbitant amount for the room, we expect good room and room service. Overall very bad experience.

Horrible experience. The bathrooms don't even have a clothes hanger , bucket etc . No water heater. No hot water was provided even when we kept on asking. The room we stayed was charged for 4000 rupee. Waste of money. Worthless hotel. Please don't go here. The manager Mr. Mohati only talks well but he doesn't really do anything when u complain. Shitty management. Even 1 star is too much for this cheating hotel. Such low class.

Our stay at this hotel was completely unacceptable. The staff demonstrated a lack of professionalism and were consistently unhelpful. Hygiene standards were extremely poor—floors were dirty, rooms were not properly cleaned, and even common areas such as the lifts were unhygienic. The water heater did not function, leaving us without hot water, and there were no basic amenities provided whatsoever. This property fails to meet even minimum hospitality standards. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

I would not recommend staying at this property. The air conditioning does not function properly, and there is no fan in the room, which makes the stay uncomfortable—especially during warmer weather. Additionally, hot water is not available consistently, as it is supplied only during specific timings. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I would suggest considering other accommodation options.
