Don't book this place! for the price point it is totally not worth it! cons: food is below average.👎 housekeeping is not done on time.👎 toilets are ill maintained.👎 overpriced with very basic room with minimal amenities.👎 staff is not well trained👎 pros: location👍 lift access👍.

Worst experience.. Rooms are average and food is not nice .. It's not a 3 star hotel and not worth for the money . My friend phone is missed inside the hotel near dining hall and not founded because no camera near dining hall.. No safety for the things ..😕

Renovated rooms are excellent! Hospitality incomparable!!! Flexibility in hosting, just outstanding. Location close to Airport and closer to Pune Railway station.

The rooms are good, but the side table was coming apart. No kettle was kept inside the room. They only give 1ltr water per day irrespective of the number of guests inside a room. Even if you ask for extra water they are not bothered to supply it even if you are ready to pay. And the breakfast arrangements are as if we are going there begging for the basics. The plates we need to ask three time before they arrive. They keep 30ml paper cups for coffee/tea. They take more than 30 minutes to bring extra bread to the buffet. Except for the security guy and one person at the front desk every one else seemed rude and they didn't care for the customer. They treat you as if you are there because you don't have a place to go and you can't afford even the basic necessities of life. I don't usually complain about these little inconveniences but this time I felt these were intentional.
