I visited and stayed in this hotel as a part of a team outing organised by my workplace. We stayed here for 3 days and it was a reasonably good experience.
The pros:
Accessibility - The Hotel is located very close to Nampally (Hyderabad Deccan Railway station) and it's right next to Lakdi ka Pul Metro station and walkable from Lakdi ka Pul railway station. Major attractions like Lumbini Park, Birla Mandir, Hussain Sagar Lake etc. are close to the hotel's location.
Transport - The hotel is connected by metro, bus and is easily approachable due its location on the main road by auto/cab.
Facilities - It has a significantly huge parking space, our entire bus got parked inside the compound, the hotel has a sizeable restaurant on the ground floor that can accommodate about 30 people at a time comfortably. There's a bar in the ground floor as well (I don't consume, just an observation). The hotel has two lifts, one of which overlooks the lobby, provides a good view.
Rooms - Well maintained rooms, neat and clean, functional shower and washrooms taps, hot water available, clean linen available for usage with toiletery kit.
Now for the improvements needed (brickbats/cons, whatever you prefer)
Our hotel room had just about 3 plug points overall. If you're a gadget heavy traveller and require multiple points for charging your devices, you better carry a junction box. And the worst part, one of the plug points was so tight, my mobile charger plug hardly entered. Another plug point was broken and dangling out of the socket.
Food - The options in the restaurant were quite limited, and to be honest, some dishes were not appealing either, especially the Upma. The idlis came in two varieties, one studded with veggies, the other normal, both kept at opposite ends of the table, why??? A little bit of organisation will go a long way.
Staff attitude - Since we went in a group, individual interaction with staff wasn't much, but the little interaction I had wasn't very pleasing. Our team had asked for a projector for a meeting, it wasn't provided on time, while our meeting was in progress, the hall was being decorated for another event scheduled to happen the next day, and even though the projector was delayed in giving, they asked for it to ve returned on time, that was not done. And at dinner on day 1, after the meeting, we reached the restaurant at around 08:45 pm, only to be abruptly told by the staff that the service hadn't started yet. Well, why open the restaurant? Keep it closed. This showed a clear lack of coordination.
They later compensated by serving some starters, but the initial conversation wasn't very pleasing in my opinion.
(Lack of) Facilities - There was a safety locker in the room, it was open, but was jammed. Now, if I wanted to place something important in it and step outside for some work, there was no way to close it. There were instructions to use it, yes, but the lock itself was jammed, and hence no amount of instructions could help us recover it.
Finally, the cost - A centrally located may charge its fair share for the rooms, but provide equivalent facilities, as we went in a group, I didn't discuss the commercials, but when I saw the prices on the brochures, it didn't seem worth the money. Being in a primary location along with easy accessibility is its only high point. The hotel can improve on quite a few fronts, beginning with the points mentioned above.
All the points mentioned above were due to my stay experience between Jan 01 to Jan 03, 2026.
